As an employee of the back office technology VvE you are involved in the acceptance, registration, release and settlement of repair requests from and for the VvE members. You provide administrative support for the technical managers. You also handle the administrative handling of damage reports. You handle meeting action items from the General Members Meeting and monitor progress. You also maintain independent contact with suppliers, residents, boards and VvE members and you take care of the correspondence with regard to daily and systematic maintenance. 'I really enjoy working in the back office. The work is diverse and full of fun challenges, which makes your working day different every time. We do not have a boring working day. You take care of the maintenance of a complex in close cooperation with, among others, the account managers and technical managers. We manage together! Optimizing the enjoyment of living for the residents is in line with this. But there is also room for fun and sometimes not too serious matters. What are we looking for?
In any case, you have a completed MBO education. You are also customer-oriented, flexible, proactive, accurate and communicative, both orally and in writing, and you have excellent command of the Dutch language. Technical insight and experience in complaint maintenance and / or damage is an advantage. Knowledge of Twinq is an advantage.
